We are Hong Kong based company and we follow local privacy laws, as we might not be compliant with the latest privacy laws in your jurisdiction we cannot accept customers that insist that their data need to be stored in compliance with their local EU or US privacy laws, you are not allowed to place any inquiry especially if you are from EU or US for privacy and TAX reasons. Other customers agree to be treated as local natural person or business, if you do place any inquiry we assume you and/or your business is established outside jurisdictions mentioned above and your personal data and billing (TAX related) will be treated as if you were a local Hong Kong based business – any TAX liability related to your jurisdiction becomes your own liability and you agree to pay it in your own jurisdiction, if you do not agree with this policy please do not place any inquiry or order with us.
